Waitress could have been more personable, but service was efficient enough, though not a full restaurant. The bar there had 3 small tvs above it with sports for those close enough. Good amount of couch seating up there, and nice view north of coastal hazy mountains. Could see Santa Cruz island tops on a clear day to the south. ”
